Wilma Boughtflower

As a long time resident of Oxford County, Wilma has maintained a strong interest in the many and varied cultural outlooks that Oxford has to offer. Wilma believes that as society, the economy, and the county evolve, it is important to maintain a vital arts and culture scene. As a loyal patron to many organizations, she has worked very hard to help showcase creativity in Ontario. Wilma is also an avid world traveller, making annual opera and symphony trips to Vienna, Austria and other cultural capitals.
Murray Coulter

After operating law firms in Woodstock and Ingersoll, Murray Coulter retired to devote time to travel, family and community. His personal interests over the years included history, travel, Theatre Woodstock, the Chicago Cubs, and his church community. He thrives on motorcycle journeys across North America. As city solicitor he was involved in several exciting projects, including the Toyota deliberations prior to it's opening in Woodstock. He brings very strong financial, leadership and people skills to the roundtable, and looks forward to seeing Oxford's cultural community flourish.
Cathy Bingham

Cathy is a long-time resident of Oxford and is passionate about the potential of collaboration within the cultural community, and is committed to the power of the creative community to the local economy. In her tourism role with the County she was in the perfect position to act as a catalyst in developing Oxford County's cultural potential. She serves on the provincial Municipal Cultural Planning committee, and considers herself fortunate to have mentored with cultural leaders such as Greg Baeker and Gord Hume. Her personal interests in travel, culinary, arts photography and live entertainment feed her drive to see Oxford become the best it can be.
Diane Smith

Diane Smith is a partner in BDO Dunwoody. Her busy work schedule is balanced with her passion for vocal music and youth theatre. In her role as Treasurer with Oxford Creative Connections, she brings a wealth of financial experience and expertise, which will bode well as the organization grows and evolves in the future. She is particularly keen on dovetailing the organization's strategic directions with its finances since the completion of the Cultural Master Plan.
Lynne Cohoe

Lynne is a long-time resident of Oxford in the Norwich Area. As an active businesswoman in the grain handling industry, she has a strong foundation in financial, production and marketing, grounding her insights into the big picture of cultural development in Oxford County. Her rural roots and commitment to Norwich Area history were the basis of her involvement with the Norwich Quaker Museum Board. She served as a member of the Oxford Creative Steering Group prior to the formation of Oxford Creative Connections Inc. and welcomed the opportunity to continue to serve on the Roundtable.
Harold Arbuckle

Profile
Harold is a semi-retired veterinarian who lives west of Embro. Oxford's version of James Herriot, his sense of compassion and his quick wit made him a very popular country vet. Over the years he has been very active in the cultural life of Zorra township with the Caledonian Society and with the Thistle Theatre. He is equally comfortable as an actor in plays, or as a board member for the theatre group. In his leisure time he enjoys classical music, live theatre and the outdoors. He and his wife Sharon (who is also a semi-retired veterinarian) live in a restored fieldstone home, enjoy travel, and tend a flock of sheep.
Stephen Nelson

Stephen retired from the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Woodstock Public Library. For those who have read Stephen's book reviews in the local newspaper, you will know that he is an avid reader with eclectic taste. With over 11 years in the chief librarian role, he managed major innovations at the Woodstock library. He chaired the Communications and Networking Committee, a sub-committee of the Creative Connections Steering Group. For the last few years he has participated on the Ontario Municipal Cultural Planning Partnership group representing the Federation of Ontario Public Libraries' Board. Stephen brings ideas for some interesting electronic networking tools in Oxford.
Kristi McKay

Profile
This Tavistock-area visual artist is an optimist and a big-picture thinker. She's particularly intrigued by the concept of a major county-wide festival in Oxford. She is a graduate of Illustration from Sheridan College's renowned Illustration program. She has worked on creating props and set designs for Theatre Woodstock on several occasions, and is involved with the Woodstock Art Club and the Woodstock Camera Club and is an innovative painter and sculptor.
Donna Derer

Profile
Donna is currently the Chair of the Oxford County Campus of Fanshawe College, which includes the Woodstock Campus and Tillsonburg Centre. She transitioned to this position in September 2008 after working at Fanshawe's London Campus since 1990. She has an undergraduate degree in mathematics and business from Wilfrid Laurier University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in education. Prior to coming to Woodstock, she spent the previous nine years as manager of Institutional Research and Planning at Fanshawe, responsible for institutional research for the college and for planning, including development of the college's annual $160M budget, strategic and longer term planning, academic scheduling, and more. In this position, she served on various provincial committees related to system wide finances and institutional research.
She is currently pursuing a large expansion to the Woodstock Campus and envisions growth in programming and students to support the future growth of Oxford County. It is her goal to see the Woodstock Campus as the largest regional campus of Fanshawe College, supporting industry and residents to meet their training and educational needs.
Vicki M. Davey

Vicki Davey has been the Director of Development for the Woodstock Hospital Foundation for the past eight years. She joined the Foundation in 2002, during the early stages of planning for the new Woodstock General Hospital, with a goal of raising $10 Million to fulfill the community portion of construction costs. Now, under Ms. Davey's leadership, the Foundation is hoping to raise $5 million to purchase equipment for the new facility. In addition to her fundraising efforts, Ms. Davey is the Communication Co-ordinator for the Woodstock General Hospital and the editor of the hospital's quarterly newsletter.
Prior to working for the Foundation, Ms. Davey spent 25 years in the field of agriculture. As the Director of Communications and Public Relations, she spent most of her time working with and for, dairy and beef producers. In her position, she also travelled on behalf of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), conducting marketing training in Latvia, Lithuania and the Ukraine, Portugal, Thailand and China.
